If oil has leaked into the surrounding soil, additional cleanup is required under NS environmental regulations. We test on site. Mild contamination may be addressed in the same visit; significant contamination triggers a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and remediation that we coordinate. Costs go up but your insurance may cover part of this if you carry oil-leak coverage.

Do I need a permit?
